This Privacy Policy specifically governs the privacy policies and practices of the OleaAI mobile application and its associated backend services.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for the app and use its services. The personal information we collect includes:

  • Account Data: We collect your email address for authentication purposes. This data is securely stored and managed using Supabase.
  • Device Information: We generate and collect an anonymous UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) linked to the device you use to access OleaAI. We do this strictly to enforce subscription device limits and prevent abuse.
  • Usage Data: We collect non-personally identifiable analytics regarding how you interact with our app, such as crash reports and feature usage.

3. How We Process AI Data

OleaAI leverages artificial intelligence to provide you with smart interactions. When you submit prompts or text to the AI:

  • Your inputs are processed securely to generate responses.
  • We do not use your personal prompts to train our fundamental AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Subscriptions and Financial Data

OleaAI offers premium subscriptions. We do not directly collect or store your credit card details or financial information. All purchases are securely processed entirely through Google Play Billing (or Apple App Store) and managed via RevenueCat.

5. Will Your Information Be Shared?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services (e.g., third-party payment processors or authentication providers like Supabase and RevenueCat), to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing or advertising agencies.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so directly within the OleaAI app settings, or by contacting us.
